TISTA (along with Highrise Consulting, Team TISTA) was awarded a $23.4M, 5 year contract to provide IT Infrastructure Operational Support to the NIH's electronic Research Administration (eRA). TISTA will provide information technology solutions in the development and maintenance of mission-critical systems which include: System Administration, Database Administration, Mid-Tier Administration, Operational & Network Security Administration, Architecture Support, Testing & Performance Support, Deployment Support, and Disaster Recovery & Continuity of Operations Support.
eRA supports the Grants administration function for over $30 Billion in research and non-research grants awarded annually by NIH and other grantor agencies that include: the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ); Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); Food and Drug Administration (FDA); the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMSHA); and the Veterans Health Administration (VHA).
TISTA was awarded a NIH Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC) Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACS), which has a ceiling of $20 Billion, for IT Services and Solutions – Chief Information Officers - Solutions and Partners (CIO-SP3) Restricted, SDVOSB. This is a 10-year multiple award, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract that can be used by any federal civilian or DoD agency to support the Federal Enterprise Architecture, the Federal Health Architecture , and the DoD Enterprise Architecture information technology requirements. Under CIO-SP3, TISTA will be able to provide a broad range of IT solutions and integrated technology services to meet scientific, health, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. |
