U.S. Navy Seaport-e (Prime)
SeaPort-e is the US Navy's contract vehicle-of-choice to procure all future engineering, technical, logistics, program management and financial support services. By leveraging electronic business techniques, SeaPort-e will enable the Navy to rapidly procure services and focus on improving mission performance, quality, and standardization.
TISTA’s SeaPort-e team is comprised of both large and small businesses (including Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, SBA certified 8(a)’s, and Women-Owned Small Disadvantage businesses) that are experienced, and have offices strategically located within each of the seven zones. Team TISTA is aligned to provide seamless integrated engineering, technical and programmatic support nationwide (all 7 SeaPort-e geographic regions) and for the full range of SeaPort-e functional areas (20 of 22 functional areas).

If surveillance ever exposes weaknesses or potential weaknesses, TISTA’s defined process improvement plan is activated. Weaknesses are delineated with involvement from the customer, solutions are developed and implemented and performance is revaluated. This process continues until all weaknesses are sufficiently mitigated.
Chief Information Officer Solutions and Partners III (CIO-SP3)
The Chief Information Officer-Solution and Partners 3 (CIO-SP3) contract is a broad-based Government Wide Acquisition Contract (GWAC) managed by the National Institutes of Health Information Technology Acquisition and Assessment Center (NITAAC). NITAAC intends to award multiple IDIQ contracts to provide IT services to meet scientific, health, biomedical, administrative, operational, managerial, and information management requirements. Furthermore, the CIO-SP3 task areas are designed to support the Federal Enterprise Architecture (FEA) by supporting all IT services described in the FEA. CIO-SP3 task areas include: Health IT, CIO Support, Imaging, Outsourcing, IT Operations, Integration Services, Critical Infrastructure Protection and Information Assurance, Digital Government, Enterprise Management Systems, and Software Development. CIO-SP3 is known as a $20 million contract ceiling which is also for 10 years. This contract also has an indefinite quantity of GWAC.
Prompt Payment Terms
TISTA Science and Technology Corporation (TISTA) requires all payments to be made within 30 calendar days of receipt of invoice unless prior arrangements have been made and approved by the Chief Financial Officer. TISTA will remit payment for all invoices received within 30 calendar days unless arrangements have been made to extend payment terms and have been approved by authorized personnel with the associated vendor.

TISTA Science and Technology Corporation is a DISA Encore II Small Business Subcontractor.
The DISA Encore II contract provides IT solutions for activities throughout all operating levels of all customer organizations in support of all functional requirements including Command and Control (C2), Intelligence, and Mission support areas, and to all elements of the Global Information Grid (GIG).
